Today's Work: I spent most of the afternoon back on my first project from years ago, showing the new girl how to test various things now that they've upgraded the O/S. First, we had to reconnect all the cables that got disconnected when they shifted the lab around. Sigh. But we tested a good variety of the things I thought might have been broken, and they worked just fine.
The God of War Collection for the PS3 may go on my Christmas list for this year. It sounds awesome except for being the same two games I've already played. If they added a console port of Chains of Olympus, that would sell me on it. I'd love to be able to beat that game on God difficulty, and I could do it without the burden of PSP controls.
I had a weird dream last night that reminded me of Harry Potter... stuff like having to crawl through a tunnel by tricking it into not knowing my age for at least five seconds by eating a piece of magical bread, then making sure the bread remained in the tunnel until I was out of it to keep up the effect... didn't have time to write about it this morning, though. It was a pretty late morning. I'm hoping to improve on that tomorrow, especially to give myself time before the big meeting to get things ready, but I'm also expecting a late afternoon because it's a big meeting, and lots of people will be there sidetracking the discussion. I'm expecting it to run into the next day at least.
