Killing undead warriors in a business suit

I decided to have a bit of fun rather than taking the frustrating path on God of War 2 and started a new game of the first one, using one of the costumes. I chose the business suit for this run, which allows me to build up my weapons early on (using the Icarus Ascension against Medusa, for example, is really handy), but makes me take about as much damage in Normal difficulty as I did in God difficulty. At least the enemies take Normal mode damage, so things should be a bit easier. A bit. I'm near the beginning of Pandora's Temple now, so I'm about at the point where I'd have my Blades of Chaos at level 5 anyway, negating the advantage. This is where the challenge really begins. Still, having the level 5 blades when first fighting the blade knights was neat... one grab, and they'd die without even being knocked in the air once. Very handy.

I also played some Ninety-Nine Nights while watching football, because Curt was playing Warriors Orochi 2. I didn't make much progress, but I built up a few levels. It's fun.

Speaking of football, the Colts game was a bit one-sided to be very interesting, but the Cowboys/Cardinals game was pretty neat. The Arizona coach threw away his team's victory with a timeout, but the special teams managed to block a second kick to win the game in overtime. Boy, did they deserve it... that team is going places. They had some incredibly impressive offense, and the defense must have been pretty good too.

Yes, I'm THAT Nidoking. Sometimes I write fanfiction... often I waste all my time playing video games and watching anime. But it's not a waste if I enjoy it, right? I can quote from a movie, video game, anime series, or British comedy apropos of just about any situation, and one of my main goals in life is to entertain people. (The other big one is amassing as much anime and manga as I can... see below for a progress report.) That's me in a nutshell. ("Help! I'm trapped in a nutshell! What a bloody great nutshell this is!")
