Today's Manga: Cheeky Angel 19 (a surprise... Borders had it), Claymore 10, Sugar Sugar Rune 6 (it was already on my computer list, somehow, but my handwritten list said otherwise, and I didn't actually have it), Yu-Gi-Oh Duelist 23, and the first book of Zombie Loan, a Peach-Pit series I've been looking forward to for a very long time.
Today's Anime: Pani Poni Dash 6 and the first two DVDs of Kashimashi. I had a 10% off coupon at Best Buy, but the cashier only gave me 10% off one of them. The coupon said up to three. Thanks a lot, lady.
I also bought the audiobook version of "I Am America (And So Can You)". It's only three discs long. I guess that makes sense.
The rest of today: I played a bit of golf, badly, in the early afternoon, then spent the rest of the day hanging out at my coworker Jeff's house. I brought my Wii so he and his wife could see some of the more interesting games available for it, and also showed him Ar Tonelico and Samurai Legend Musashi. I got my third fighting party member in Ar Tonelico, but haven't actually entered any battles with him yet, and finally finished the third level of Misha's Cosmosphere. I could probably make a good start on her fourth level, but I'm not sure I trust my DP supply to hold out, so I think I'll battle some more first. There's an area I didn't really explore properly because I wanted to find a save point, and what I expect will be a boss battle that I abandoned to run back to town and show Jeff the Cosmosphere. I also finally figured out what technique the hammer guys in Musashi use, and learned it. In Metroid Prime 3, I completed the Norion quest on Hypermode difficulty, which wasn't much worse than the other difficulties (I don't expect to have too much trouble except for the bosses and some of the enemies early on... although I'll have to keep my eyes peeled for enemies in Hypermode), and it's nice to be getting gold tokens again. In Twilight Princess, I found two more Pieces of Heart, and in Elebits, I almost completed the tenth level on my first try... it shouldn't be too hard to get it next time, now that I know what areas are available to explore and where I can find the Elebits I need. We also had Chinese food from the place near his house, which will make three nights in a row with tomorrow's dinner, but I've got Garlic Chicken here and they got General Tso's Chicken, so it's variety.
I may as well hook the Wii back up before bed. Just need to remember to reconfigure it for my TV.
