Today's Bridge: We were fortunate in our ability to set their final 3NT contract. I wasn't sure that Kelly's leads were entirely sound (I bid spades with six to the K-Q, but she led a club first, and when she got the lead again and the board had the singleton ace, she led a spade), but Mike was counting on Steve to have diamonds covered for his bid. Steve had six small ones, and I had A-K-Q. After Kelly took a club trick and I took two diamonds, I immediately cashed the last diamond and my winning spade to set the contract rather than risk letting them get it.

Today's R&C 2: More exploring, more gadgets, and a few Platinum mods for my weapons. I've got the Heavy Lancer, the Vaporizer, and whatever the stars upgrade to, and the Gravity Bombs aren't far from evolving.

Today's Car Survey: If one more company asks me questions about my car, I'm refusing to answer. I'm tired of it, and I'm thinking about sticking with used cars in the future just so I get these annoying surveys off my back.

Thank God You're Here: Finally, a replacement for Whose Line is it Anyway?! I didn't pay much attention, but I enjoyed it all the same.

Bookstore and Super Paper Mario tomorrow.

Thank God You're Here was actually a lot of fun. I feel bad for David Allen Grier, though. Once, he had a career.

And he was also the spokesman for Blacks Without Soul.

It seems as though everyone's hosting an NBC game show these days. Many of them seem to have lost some hair.

Dave Foley at least has a show again. It's been a long time since Newsradio and Kids in the Hall.

And Grier wasn't bad in the scenes where he participated. He wasn't great, but still, not bad.

Yes, I'm THAT Nidoking. Sometimes I write fanfiction... often I waste all my time playing video games and watching anime. But it's not a waste if I enjoy it, right? I can quote from a movie, video game, anime series, or British comedy apropos of just about any situation, and one of my main goals in life is to entertain people. (The other big one is amassing as much anime and manga as I can... see below for a progress report.) That's me in a nutshell. ("Help! I'm trapped in a nutshell! What a bloody great nutshell this is!")
