The big news today was that I finally remembered to send my photos to the Quest for Infamy team, and between my suggestions and their impressions of my looks, we came up with the perfect character for me to play. They're even letting me work on his dialogue. Other than that, I'm not going to spread any news - it's not my place to do that. Then I spent the evening cleaning the papers from my computer desk so I could find my Darden gift card... need to use it up before I get another one, and these days at home are about the only opportunity I'll have. I figure I'll hit Bed, Bath, and Beyond tomorrow to do some Christmas shopping and either have lunch at Red Lobster or Olive Garden - probably Red Lobster. The other bit of "news" as such is that I finished Planet of the Spiders and started watching Robot. I'm liking Tom Baker so far - he's got a more physical style of comedy than the other Doctors I've seen so far, and a way of announcing his conclusions that makes everyone feel stupid for not having seen it sooner while somehow not making them wonder why HE didn't say something before it was too late. I may give Genesis of the Daleks another watch when I get there - perhaps having been properly introduced to the characters will make me care about it a bit more and ignore the things I hated about it. I'm not planning to be impressed.

Yes, I'm THAT Nidoking. Sometimes I write fanfiction... often I waste all my time playing video games and watching anime. But it's not a waste if I enjoy it, right? I can quote from a movie, video game, anime series, or British comedy apropos of just about any situation, and one of my main goals in life is to entertain people. (The other big one is amassing as much anime and manga as I can... see below for a progress report.) That's me in a nutshell. ("Help! I'm trapped in a nutshell! What a bloody great nutshell this is!")
