Time for the weekend to proceed as usual

I didn't do anything meaningful today - I spent most of the early afternoon streaming while I tested the new games I bought. Blast Corps doesn't work - I put it in my N64, and turn it on, and I get a black screen with no sound. I suppose it could be incompatible with the memory expansion module, but I think Space Station Silicon Valley is the only such game. I'm pretty sure it's just a defective copy. Well, I don't feel like driving all the way to Indianapolis to trade in what was a free game to get a refund on another $2 title, so I'll have to do without it. Maybe I'll head back up there next weekend to watch the screening of Planet of Giants and turn in the game then. The rest of the games worked, and most of them were reasonably fun given how much they cost. I spent the rest of the evening playing the original Jak & Daxter from the collection - I might put more time into it tonight, but I always lose steam at the Lost Precursor City. Maybe I'll switch to Ratchet & Clank or some other collection.

Yes, I'm THAT Nidoking. Sometimes I write fanfiction... often I waste all my time playing video games and watching anime. But it's not a waste if I enjoy it, right? I can quote from a movie, video game, anime series, or British comedy apropos of just about any situation, and one of my main goals in life is to entertain people. (The other big one is amassing as much anime and manga as I can... see below for a progress report.) That's me in a nutshell. ("Help! I'm trapped in a nutshell! What a bloody great nutshell this is!")
