I was thinking about heading home today, but there was too much to do here. Okay, most of it was Doctor Who, but we finally got to start season 4, up to previewing the episode that introduced the Sontarans to New Who. Having seen that, we decided to end the evening by watching the serial that introduced the Sontarans to Classic Who, The Time Warrior. It was plenty of fun. That meant we didn't get to watch one of the classic episodes with the Master, but oh well. Plenty of time for that when we're caught up with the new seasons. We also made a pilgrimage to the biggest Gamestop I've ever been to, where I discovered that there have been a lot of new collections of PS2 games for the PS3 published recently. The Ratchet & Clank collection is out now, as is a set of all five God of War games (just the numbered ones on disc, though - you get a download code for the PSP ones, so no resale value there) and a collection that marries Journey with a couple of other downloadable games. Pretty good stuff if, like me, you like having these games on a system with a hard drive rather than having to buy used 8MB memory cards when you run out of space. We even had lunch at Squealer's, and another quick lunch at Sam's Club, so that we could make dinner out of some brownies we had lying around. It's all good, pretty much. So now I'm going to hang out here tomorrow and find out how Mom's job interview goes firsthand.

Yes, I'm THAT Nidoking. Sometimes I write fanfiction... often I waste all my time playing video games and watching anime. But it's not a waste if I enjoy it, right? I can quote from a movie, video game, anime series, or British comedy apropos of just about any situation, and one of my main goals in life is to entertain people. (The other big one is amassing as much anime and manga as I can... see below for a progress report.) That's me in a nutshell. ("Help! I'm trapped in a nutshell! What a bloody great nutshell this is!")
