Cheddar and bacon in a pretzel crust

Well, today was actually an interesting day. It wasn't until afternoon that I got the chance to test my ticket fix, but before that, I got invited to lunch at a local barbecue place. I completely forgot that I'd already eaten my sandwich and went along. It was pretty good. Then one of the coworkers who went with us (in fact, the one whose idea it was to go there in the first place) invited me over to his place over the weekend to hang out with him and his wife and watch anime, or maybe Doctor Who - I don't know how much they've seen of the classic stuff, and I've got plenty. That's not the interesting part, though. They actually showed up at my house just as I was finishing dinner, so I showed them my collections of entertainment stuff and Dark Souls - I've told him about it a few times at work, so now he's seen the game itself in action, including the way to defeat Quelaag without any skill and what happens afterward if you're wearing the Queen's Ring, which I've been wearing the entire game as a sort of challenge for myself, and also because I only suspected that this might be what it would do. Good to know I'm right about that. After that, Mom called because I wasn't online, so I shoved a bunch of videos into the backlog and haven't even really started reading today's webcomics. Guess I've got a very, very busy evening tomorrow. Good thing I put in an extra hour at work today (which contributed to not getting much of my habitual stuff done, but also contributed to my having Hot Pockets).

Yes, I'm THAT Nidoking. Sometimes I write fanfiction... often I waste all my time playing video games and watching anime. But it's not a waste if I enjoy it, right? I can quote from a movie, video game, anime series, or British comedy apropos of just about any situation, and one of my main goals in life is to entertain people. (The other big one is amassing as much anime and manga as I can... see below for a progress report.) That's me in a nutshell. ("Help! I'm trapped in a nutshell! What a bloody great nutshell this is!")
