Teamwork, in gaming and programming

The fun part of today was coming home, getting a few things done, then joining a stream of the second half of Startropics as the resident expert on the game. Most of which I forgot about until I'd seen it. Well, that's Startropics. Work was okay, but the meeting in the afternoon ran pretty long, so I left some E-mails unread. More to do tomorrow morning... before or after THAT meeting. Lots of meetings, and I've got my own ticket to work on. I'm done with the first phase of development, I think - I've got what should be the interface with the device working the way it needs to, and I should be able to commit that before setting it up to display the status. I just have to report it, though, and the client team will take care of the rest. Working with people is more fun than working alone.

Yes, I'm THAT Nidoking. Sometimes I write fanfiction... often I waste all my time playing video games and watching anime. But it's not a waste if I enjoy it, right? I can quote from a movie, video game, anime series, or British comedy apropos of just about any situation, and one of my main goals in life is to entertain people. (The other big one is amassing as much anime and manga as I can... see below for a progress report.) That's me in a nutshell. ("Help! I'm trapped in a nutshell! What a bloody great nutshell this is!")
