Well, one more sick day can't hurt

I woke up this morning intending to go to work, but I was still infected, my nose was still bleeding, and my throat was sore for the first time since all the coughing started. So I took one final sick day and spent it as usual, watching some videos and playing a bit of Dark Souls. I managed to find the other side of a door that I knew of, guarded by a tough soldier. He wasn't so tough once I discovered that he couldn't stand to be outside for very long. The water-breathing hydra guarding the area was another story, but I escaped alive. I also found a fast way to grind for souls safely, which I needed to buy a key to an area that's clearly not where I'm supposed to go. No wonder the price was so high.

I also finished Incinerations, plowing right through the rest of it because it was a great Space Quest fan game. I didn't save before the end, though, so I need to play through at least part of it again to see the endings I missed. If you don't hate Space Quest, definitely check it out. It made me want to LP all of the Space Quest fangames just so I can end the thread with it.

No more games tonight, though. I'm finishing the Doctor Who set I brought up before bed. Time to go pay attention to that instead of this.

Yes, I'm THAT Nidoking. Sometimes I write fanfiction... often I waste all my time playing video games and watching anime. But it's not a waste if I enjoy it, right? I can quote from a movie, video game, anime series, or British comedy apropos of just about any situation, and one of my main goals in life is to entertain people. (The other big one is amassing as much anime and manga as I can... see below for a progress report.) That's me in a nutshell. ("Help! I'm trapped in a nutshell! What a bloody great nutshell this is!")
