Moa: The King of Destruction

Thanksgiving was probably about the most boring day of the year to write about

All the Thanksgiving traditions went smoothly this year, including the trip (although it was raining the whole time both ways - Curt was driving, and he handles precipitation better than I do), the early afternoon dinner, and a real dinner at TGI Friday's. Okay, that last one came out of nowhere, but that's what we did.

Enough about the holiday, though. I got the chance today to play my new DSiWare game, Shantae: Risky's Revenge today, and it's a lot of fun. It's a solid platformer with spells you can purchase, transformation dances, and cute characters with personalities that keep the story interesting. That's all I've got to say about it, I suppose, but it was worth the purchase.

Oh, and the place I went last weekend was Oliver Winery north of town, where I bought the family a custom gift basket with crackers and cheese and hot pepper raspberry preserves and a bottle of wine. I didn't want to say so in case word somehow got back to them where I'd gone for their present.
