Moa: The King of Destruction

It's only a no-manga weekend so far

Because I was doing a return at Best Buy, I skipped Barnes & Noble, and I got enough stuff there that I wanted to head home instead of stopping at Borders. Also, Curt needed to head to Greenwood for something, so it worked out. I may hit the bookstores tomorrow and go for a haircut at the same time.

So what did I get at Best Buy? The God of War collection for PS3 ($10 off with a preorder for God of War 3 - I went for the Ultimate Edition because I like the sound of most of those extras, despite the immense cost), New Super Mario Bros. Wii, The Simpsons season 20 (looks like it doesn't have all the usual extras, but oh well), and an electronic Rubik's Cube that doesn't seem to want to charge very much at a time, so I'm just taking it off the charger every time it says it's charged, then dropping it back on for another hour or so. It certainly didn't charge completely the first time - it lasted about fifteen minutes and ran out of power. It's not bad while it lasts, but it will take me a while to get used to the controls. Oh, also a new USB headset. They only had one in stock, and it was on the expensive side, but it's proven to be worth the cost so far.

Thanks to the new headset, I finally got that video in the can and out the door, as such... one more to do, hopefully tomorrow amid all the other stuff that will be going on, and then I'm done with that game forever. I also figured out how to pay a medical bill online from my HSA, thanks to getting a statement from the new company in the mail. Sadly, it doesn't seem as though they'll even be sending out the check until Wednesday, but that's not my fault. They can send me the card whenever it's convenient for them and we can skip the delays next time.
