Not that I care about the commentary as it goes on... just the final result. Nor is "electball" my term, sadly... it's a good one.

Today's Bridge: I discovered that My Japanese Coach isn't quite as easy to jump into as I thought. I was using "Write Cards", which allow me to demonstrate mastery of words by writing the hiragana for them, but I was having trouble with some of the characters. It seems that the program uses a different, equally valid way of writing some characters to the way I learned, such as writing "sa" and "ki" with single long strokes where I learned to use two, and "yo" with the short horizontal stroke last rather than first... and it counted me wrong every time I did it the old way. I'm beginning to think I'll need to go through the hiragana lessons just to make sure I'm doing it the way it wants.

I've spent most of the evening chatting with someone on AIM and watching news and some let's plays. Possibly more gaming tomorrow, but honestly, this has been one of the most enjoyable evenings I've had in a long time. Even with no cheese, which is admittedly a tough loss. I'll drown my sorrows, such as they are, in jellybeans. I love jellybeans! (a safe opens)

Yes, I'm THAT Nidoking. Sometimes I write fanfiction... often I waste all my time playing video games and watching anime. But it's not a waste if I enjoy it, right? I can quote from a movie, video game, anime series, or British comedy apropos of just about any situation, and one of my main goals in life is to entertain people. (The other big one is amassing as much anime and manga as I can... see below for a progress report.) That's me in a nutshell. ("Help! I'm trapped in a nutshell! What a bloody great nutshell this is!")
