Today's Manga: Fullmetal Alchemist 17, Ultimate Venus 2, Gantz 2, Kyou Kara Maoh 1, Hana Yori Dango 32, La Corda D'Oro 9, and Time Stranger Kyoko 2. I also learned that Borders has canceled some of the series I collect. Sounds like time for an Anime Castle order. It'll be big.

I also got the eleventh season of The Simpsons.

Lunch was an interesting adventure.

Today's Gaming: More God of War 2. I was hardly impressive, but I got through some tough areas, and I'm now saved just before the other notorious area... the interminable corridor of death. It's tough, but at least it's just straight fighting, without a weakling to keep safe. It's just fighting against lots of ogres, cyclops, gorgons, and about a hundred regular undead soldiers in tiny, magically walled-off sections of corridor with appearing and disappearing walls that both help keep some enemies away and restrict your movement so you can't keep a safe distance. Still, after this corridor, it's just a succession of bosses and then the glorious end of the game, and the full set of normal-game unlockables. I wouldn't mind playing Titan difficulty again in bonus mode, with weapons sufficiently powered up to be useful. And infinite Rage of the Titans, infinite magic... all the perks. I'll probably try again this weekend, considering that I have two free days for it.

Yes, I'm THAT Nidoking. Sometimes I write fanfiction... often I waste all my time playing video games and watching anime. But it's not a waste if I enjoy it, right? I can quote from a movie, video game, anime series, or British comedy apropos of just about any situation, and one of my main goals in life is to entertain people. (The other big one is amassing as much anime and manga as I can... see below for a progress report.) That's me in a nutshell. ("Help! I'm trapped in a nutshell! What a bloody great nutshell this is!")
