I suppose I'll get it out of the way, because it's pretty much the only news I've got today. Somehow, right before dinner (we planned to have a light lunch of Hardee's chili dogs followed by endless shrimp at Red Lobster), my back started hurting, right down both sides of the spine. I have no idea what I did to cause it, but it added to the usual pain of eating large amounts of food, so I couldn't tell when I'd eaten as much as I could. I didn't get a fourth serving of shrimp or finish my rice, so I feel a bit let down, but we'll do it again sometime later in the season. It was also a bit earlier than I would have liked, because we anticipated a wait for a table and wanted to catch the Colts/Bears game. I'm planning to lie down for as much of that as I can, hence the early entry.

I got up to Act 2 in The Darkest Faerie, at least. There was one treasure I couldn't figure out how to get to, but I'll have more chances later. I also think it would be nice if they removed the Drackonack Fang quest from the list once the hunter stops paying for them (warning that I'm driving the species to extinction), but oh well.

Yes, I'm THAT Nidoking. Sometimes I write fanfiction... often I waste all my time playing video games and watching anime. But it's not a waste if I enjoy it, right? I can quote from a movie, video game, anime series, or British comedy apropos of just about any situation, and one of my main goals in life is to entertain people. (The other big one is amassing as much anime and manga as I can... see below for a progress report.) That's me in a nutshell. ("Help! I'm trapped in a nutshell! What a bloody great nutshell this is!")
