Today's Manga: Wallflower 16, Tactics 5, Princess Ai in Ai-Land, and a bunch of new first books: Kujibiki Unbalance, Kasumi, Koi Cupid, and Croquis Pop. I also got the third DVD of Strawberry Panic... I should probably start watching that series soon.

Curt and I went to see The Dark Knight today. It felt more like several movies strung together, and not just because it was really long. It was like the end of The Return of the King, when they couldn't decide which ending to use and just showed them all, but in a manner that didn't work as well as Clue. They had enough ideas to make three movies, but decided to put them all into this one. It's like how I would write a movie. It's not bad in any sense... it just felt like several movies. There were some great moments. I don't think many of those involved much action.

And I've finally installed Myst 4 on a computer that can really play it properly, so I'm learning more about what I need to do and figuring things out. Not quite how to read and write D'ni, although I've thought about going back to the second game with what I know and seeing if I can translate what's written on the chalkboard... good god, am I turning into a Myst nerd? Ouch. I need to finish my session and get to bed quickly before I start dreaming about it... again.

Oh, can't forget that I finally got around to watching Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog. Definitely worth getting the DVD... excellent stuff. Makes me want to write the OTHER superhero story that lacks a plot, or anything other than the main character, but he's pretty cool. I'll describe him later, though. Bed now.

Yes, I'm THAT Nidoking. Sometimes I write fanfiction... often I waste all my time playing video games and watching anime. But it's not a waste if I enjoy it, right? I can quote from a movie, video game, anime series, or British comedy apropos of just about any situation, and one of my main goals in life is to entertain people. (The other big one is amassing as much anime and manga as I can... see below for a progress report.) That's me in a nutshell. ("Help! I'm trapped in a nutshell! What a bloody great nutshell this is!")
