Moa: The King of Destruction

(no subject)

I bought Super Mario 64 for the DS today, as well as an accessory kit including an aluminum carrying case that I'll probably leave behind, because no doubt it would look suspicious and bring on an investigation. Not that they'd find anything, but I don't want to draw attention to myself. I also bought an electric shaver, although I've probably got one buried somewhere in my massive piles of stuff that I should pay more attention to, and I charged it just enough to give myself a major trim. I left my mustache and a goatee, sort of, and shaved everything else clean but not really smooth. By the time anyone sees me, it'll have grown almost to its original length, so I want to make sure it comes in evenly.

Today's Dark Cloud 2: I beat the first few floors of Starlight Canyon and completed the Georama at Sindain. Not really sure I'll start using the Jurak Gun just yet, but it saves me the trouble of building a laser gun from scratch.

Today's DS gameplay: I started Hunters and got out of the first world. I also got four stars in Mario 64, including only one from an actual world. I was on my way to the first one in Whomp's Fortress when the battery finally died. Success on that front. It's fully recharged and ready to go.

And so my bags are mostly packed (I'll pack up the books tomorrow, along with the laptop and electronics), and I'm as ready for this trip as I'll ever be. I'd say Washington D.C. people are free to look me up if they'd like, but I think there are maybe two of them, and I don't know how interested they'd be in coming all the way to Norfolk just to meet me. On the off-chance that anyone does want to pop in for an evening after I get back from work, I'm sure we can arrange something.
