Moa: The King of Destruction

(no subject)

Today's Bridge: We got off to an interesting start when Paul bid spades with only 3 of them. My hand was strong enough to push slam, and because the trump split 3-3, we made it. Unfortunately, the bidding continued to fail to reflect the actual contents of his hand, and we ended up in unmakeable contracts until the other side made two games. I can't really say anything against that, though... it has been a while since we last played.

I put away the manga and DVDs when I got home from work (no overtime today, because I really wanted to get that done and start catching up on my webcomics), and I'm out of storage for both. I've got CD shelves that I can stack DVDs on, and I'm back to the original boxes for manga, so I'm not really running out of space. It's just less convenient.

bufi44 passed me a Sudoku today that was pretty obviously missing a number just from the asymmetry, but I went ahead and puzzled through it, filled in most of the numbers, then had to play what-if (which is NOT a necessary technique for solving Sudoku) only to discover that, in the end, there were two distinct solutions. That's definitely not right.

I don't know whether I'll be able to play anything tonight or not. I'd like to get in some DQ8: The Quest for Jessica's Next Outfit and All the Components Thereof.
