One of the problems I thought I'd solved turned out to be a bit more complex than it had first seemed, but I caught the anomaly and fixed it. The rest of the work day was as smooth as I could have hoped, and everything that really needed to get done got done. Brent came by after work to make a trip to Best Buy - he needed a phone case, and I figured I could use more printer ink. I also found a copy of an updated version of Pandemic at a price that I couldn't pass up. We grabbed dinner from Moe's, and not only did I get all the usual starches for the burrito, but I also ate plenty of chips. I guess the addition of starches to my diet is going a bit faster than I'd planned, but my glucose was down a bit at this morning's reading, despite the heavy concentration of Taco Bell over the weekend. I have a feeling that as long as I don't start bingeing on candy like I did two years ago, I'm going to be fine. It still hasn't fixed my vision, but that could still happen naturally. Or not. Who knows?

Yes, I'm THAT Nidoking. Sometimes I write fanfiction... often I waste all my time playing video games and watching anime. But it's not a waste if I enjoy it, right? I can quote from a movie, video game, anime series, or British comedy apropos of just about any situation, and one of my main goals in life is to entertain people. (The other big one is amassing as much anime and manga as I can... see below for a progress report.) That's me in a nutshell. ("Help! I'm trapped in a nutshell! What a bloody great nutshell this is!")
