Today's Manga: The seventh Accel World novel (I should really start reading those soon), A Centaur's Life 9, Umineko Dawn of the Golden Witch 2 (but still no sign of End 3 - guess I'll have to order that online), Kiss Him Not Me 6, Mysterious Girlfriend X 3, Ani-Imo 7 (the last one), Devils and Realist 9-10, Chaika the Coffin Princess 5 (the last one), Dangan Ronpa 2, Dragonar Academy 10, Fairy Tail 56, Komomo Confiserie 4-5 (the last one), Love in Hell: Death Life 1, the second Seraph of the End novel, Maid-Sama 9-10, The Honor Student at Magic High School 4, Akame ga Kill Zero 3, Attack on Titan: Before the Fall 8, Maga-Tsuki 4, Monster Musume I ♥ Monster Girls 1-2, and Pandora in the Crimson Shell 5. There's nothing quite like going to a bookstore I don't usually frequent. I considered going to another one up the road, but decided not to. I think I've bought more than enough manga this week.

So today was kind of a mixed bag. I called the bank before I left, and they assured me that all of the fraudulent charges had been taken care of, but I didn't have time to call about the basement window before I wanted to get on the road. The rain got really heavy on and off, so I wanted to leave extra time, and I got to the mall with just over two hours before my appointment. I stopped at the bookstore first (clearly), then went into the mall to hang out at Gamestop and eat lunch. On the way out, I spotted a Half-Price Books across the road and decided to check that out. I didn't find any Bridge books aside from one that I've coincidentally checked out an eBook preview of on Amazon and decided to skip, nor did I find any interesting games (they had a stack of N64 games with the labels hidden... great design, Nintendo), but I picked up the next seasons of Psych and Gilligan's Island, because why not? On my way to the hospital, I spotted another Gamestop, and they had one copy of a game I'd been looking at in the other Gamestop. Rule of Two applied, so I bought a copy of Rodea the Sky Soldier. I didn't bother to play it tonight, because I needed to go pick up the medication the sleep doctor prescribed. That's the mixed bag part - it turns out to be another antidepressant. It's not one that I've tried before, but I definitely need to talk to my GP before taking this. I'm especially concerned because he assured me it was non-addictive, but my experience with antidepressants says otherwise. Particularly since I think I'm still suffering from some of the effects of the ones I tried before, it might not be a good idea to mix this one in. At least he wasn't surprised to learn that the CPAP, while effective in keeping me breathing, wasn't helping me sleep better.

On the bright side, my glucose was pretty low this morning. That might be because I measured it later in the morning than I usually do, but I don't think that could possibly account for such a large change. Maybe my body is adjusting to the lower dose of medicine. Maybe I was much less responsible than I thought over the weekend.

Yes, I'm THAT Nidoking. Sometimes I write fanfiction... often I waste all my time playing video games and watching anime. But it's not a waste if I enjoy it, right? I can quote from a movie, video game, anime series, or British comedy apropos of just about any situation, and one of my main goals in life is to entertain people. (The other big one is amassing as much anime and manga as I can... see below for a progress report.) That's me in a nutshell. ("Help! I'm trapped in a nutshell! What a bloody great nutshell this is!")
