The week from Hell continues

I got up this morning and went to get laundry started before my therapy appointment, only to discover that the power outage yesterday had destroyed the washing machine. I managed to get it running enough to partially wash one load, but the water wouldn't drain, so I had to run that load through the dryer twice. I filled my cooler with the rest of the laundry and enough hot water to cover it, let it soak, and put it in the dryer for the maximum time. I'll have to replace it when I have the time - I can't imagine it's worth attempting to repair it at this point. It's old and it's a Kenmore. Meanwhile, therapy happened and I didn't even really talk about my mood, because I was talking about everything that's been going on so much, and I got the crack in my windshield repaired. With what little time I had to devote to work, I managed to find the certificate I needed but couldn't figure out how to make it work for the purpose I needed. Then I needed to refuel, so I picked up the ingredients I needed for fajitas and made those. That's about when I discovered that the bottle of caffeine-free Pepsi I picked up last weekend was not of the Diet variety, so I can't drink it. Fortunately, I've got some small bottles, but I don't drink those at home, usually. Trouble sleeping will be the least of my problems, though. I've got so much to do tomorrow at work and I don't think I'll be getting a video made over the weekend, either.

In short, a few things have worked out, but they feel like exceptions.

Yes, I'm THAT Nidoking. Sometimes I write fanfiction... often I waste all my time playing video games and watching anime. But it's not a waste if I enjoy it, right? I can quote from a movie, video game, anime series, or British comedy apropos of just about any situation, and one of my main goals in life is to entertain people. (The other big one is amassing as much anime and manga as I can... see below for a progress report.) That's me in a nutshell. ("Help! I'm trapped in a nutshell! What a bloody great nutshell this is!")
