The day wasn't quite as productive as I'd hoped it would be. I got a few requests for things people wanted me to do, so I worked on those. One of them was to change the IP address of one of the systems, but I fear that it might potentially screw things up if I do it wrong, so I held off. I can do it next week if need be, now that someone told me (after I had shut the system down for the weekend) that it was considerably simpler than what I'd thought. I hope. I was distracted enough with that and the other new things that I didn't really test some of the things I wanted to. Oops. The weather report is predicting some nastiness Sunday and Monday, so I could be working from home. At least I left myself plenty to do.

I've continued to make progress in Hyrule Warriors - as of tonight, I have only one weapon left to get in the standard Adventure Mode map. Unfortunately, I have a feeling it's going to be really difficult. There's going to be one path that makes it possible, and I need to figure out what that is. I've only played that one a few times, so I need to work out all of the ways it can play out and how to take advantage of that knowledge. I've got an idea or two, but they either involve ignoring the mission entirely or focusing only on the mission and ignoring everything else. I don't think either is correct. But there's lots of time to figure it out, and each time, I stand a chance of getting a better weapon I can use to improve my chances the next time. I suppose I could grind for materials to buy some badges, but I think I've got most of the ones that might be useful for this mission. Since it's a Link mission, and he's the character I've had the longest, he's got most of his badges unlocked already. I also need more practice using this weapon, since I've never really bothered.

Yes, I'm THAT Nidoking. Sometimes I write fanfiction... often I waste all my time playing video games and watching anime. But it's not a waste if I enjoy it, right? I can quote from a movie, video game, anime series, or British comedy apropos of just about any situation, and one of my main goals in life is to entertain people. (The other big one is amassing as much anime and manga as I can... see below for a progress report.) That's me in a nutshell. ("Help! I'm trapped in a nutshell! What a bloody great nutshell this is!")
