My last day home didn't go too badly. I spent the morning editing the footage I'd captured for the Folklore bonus video, then went to Subway to buy two sandwiches when it started snowing, just in case it picked up and I didn't want to go out for dinner. It didn't ever get too bad, but the roads will be pretty slick tomorrow morning, so I'll have to leave early and drive carefully. After dinner, I wasn't planning on playing games for very long, but the Something Awful forums went down for a while (just when I wanted to post a comment, of course), so I loaded up Hyrule Warriors and decided to take just one try at unlocking Darunia's best weapon. I came really close, so I went for one more try, and something really fortuitous happened that let me get the A-rank I needed. So I went for the final Skulltula of Legend mode, which was much easier with a decent weapon, and then played a few Adventure mode levels as Zant in the hope of picking up a few more Skulltulas and getting some hearts so I can go after his best weapon next. I only need four more.

I also set up the warm mist humidifier today. I probably put in too much cleaning solution, because I've been getting headaches since then and I know I've never put bleach in it. In the end, I drained the tank and refilled it, but didn't think it was safe to drain the base as well. Hopefully, some pain medication will get me through the night, and then I won't use cleaning solution again until next weekend. And then, as little of it as possible.

Yes, I'm THAT Nidoking. Sometimes I write fanfiction... often I waste all my time playing video games and watching anime. But it's not a waste if I enjoy it, right? I can quote from a movie, video game, anime series, or British comedy apropos of just about any situation, and one of my main goals in life is to entertain people. (The other big one is amassing as much anime and manga as I can... see below for a progress report.) That's me in a nutshell. ("Help! I'm trapped in a nutshell! What a bloody great nutshell this is!")
