Guess I'll save Dexter for another time

We made the pilgrimage to Greenwood today, and saved food shopping for after dinner. There was a little bit of rain, and that was it. Looks like the weather will be nasty tomorrow morning, but then, it looked like it would be nasty today.

Today's Manga: Hetalia 2, Inu-Yasha 56 (finally, it's over), Eyeshield 21 34, Prince of Tennis 40, Karakuri Odette 5, Honey Hunt 6, Kurozakuro 2, Future Diary 9, Ratman 3, and the first books of a lot of new series: Dragon Girl, Aion (by the author of Karin), K-On, Eensy Weensy Monster (by the author of Kare Kano), Kamisama Kiss (by the author of Karakuri Odette), and Itsuwaribito. Only two of those were to bring up my total to buy 4, get 1 free completeness. It's always right after I print a new copy of my list that I find a bunch of new series.

Today's Anime: The complete Bamboo Blade and Haruhi Suzumiya season 2. At least that's one I'll probably watch soon.

I also picked up the unaired Family Guy episode and the first season of Courage the Cowardly Dog at Best Buy, and Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom for the PS3 at Wall Market because it's disappeared from every other store and I want a copy while I can still get it. I may play it tonight, but I probably won't quite yet.

Sounds like a productive shopping day. And you have 2 weeks (at least) before we meet for your birthday shopping trip and linner (lunch/dinner). Maybe by then, I'll have pictures of the new house that I will be buying.

I was really hoping for more manga, but a lot of the series I've been collecting have either ended or switched to an omnibus model, where they take three times as long to publish a single book with three volumes in it. I've still got a few back issues of Shonen Jump to read if I finish these before I get more, though, as well as plenty of novels I need to catch up on.

Page Summary

Yes, I'm THAT Nidoking. Sometimes I write fanfiction... often I waste all my time playing video games and watching anime. But it's not a waste if I enjoy it, right? I can quote from a movie, video game, anime series, or British comedy apropos of just about any situation, and one of my main goals in life is to entertain people. (The other big one is amassing as much anime and manga as I can... see below for a progress report.) That's me in a nutshell. ("Help! I'm trapped in a nutshell! What a bloody great nutshell this is!")
